What is your personal information?

Personal information is any information or opinion about you. This information may range from the everyday information such as contact details or phone numbers to more sensitive information such as medical history/ conditions or criminal reference check. Personal information can also include opinion of others about your work performance, your test results, experiences, qualifications and other information obtained from Mont Personnel in seeking to place in appropriate employment.

Who will collect the information?

Your personal and sensitive information will be collected by Mont Personnel purely for connection with your work placements. Mont Personnel will collect your personal and sensitive information, for its own use, and on behalf of other members of Mont Personnel staff who might require access to your personal and sensitive information in connection with your work placements and associated services.

Under privacy laws, Mont Personnel will only collect personal information if it is required for the performance of one or more of our tasks or functions. Mont Personnel will not collect any sensitive information without your consent.

How will the information be collected?

Personal and sensitive information will be collected from you directly when you submit your resume/ application to our agency/ a position advertised through Mont Personnel, submit our registration form and/ or any other information in connection with your application for registration.

Personal and sensitive information will also be collected when we receive:

- Referee feedback about you

- Results of any competency or medical tests

- Performance feedback or employer compliant

- Workplace accident (in which you are involved)

- Insurance investigation, litigation, registration or professional disciplinary matter, criminal matter, inquest in which you are involved

Who will the information be disclosed to?

The information will be disclosed to Mont Personnel clients, staff members and the referees (provided by you). The information may also be provided to insurers, a Workers Compensation body, our contractors and suppliers, a professional association or registration body that has a proper interest in the disclosure of your personal and sensitive information, any person with a lawful entitlement to obtain the information (if required).

What will happen if required information not provided?

If you do not provide Mont Personnel with the required information, then we may be limited in our ability to provide you with our recruitment services.
